By purchasing, downloading, or using Genesis Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the software.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Genesis Platform.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as specified), perpetual license to use Genesis Platform software.
Starter License: 1 user, personal or commercial use
Professional License: Up to 5 users, commercial use, priority support
Enterprise License: Unlimited users, commercial use, custom agents, API access
You own the license forever. No expiration. No recurring fees.
You MAY NOT:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify copyright notices or license terms
• Resell or sublicense the software for profit
• Use the software for illegal activities
• Share your license key with unauthorized users
You MAY:
• Use Genesis for commercial business operations
• Install on multiple devices (within user limits)
• Transfer license once per year (contact support)
• Create backups and copies for personal use
Genesis Platform: We own the software, code, and intellectual property
Your Data: You own 100% of your data, inputs, outputs, and business information
Custom Agents: If commissioned, you own the custom agent code (we retain development rights)
Integrations: Third-party services (Google, Meta) retain their respective ownership
One-Time Payment: Pay once, own forever. No subscriptions.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase
Upgrades: Purchase additional agents or upgrade license tier anytime. We credit previous payments.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: We don't guarantee specific business outcomes
FITNESS FOR PURPOSE: We don't warrant Genesis is suitable for your specific needs
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: We don't control or guarantee availability of integrations (Google, Meta, etc.)
That said: We build quality software and stand behind it. If something breaks, we'll fix it.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license
NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
EXCEPTION: Liability for gross negligence, fraud, or violations of law cannot be limited
Your Data is Local: We're not responsible for data loss on your machine. Backup regularly.
Genesis connects to third-party services (Google, Meta, Shopify, Stripe, etc.) via APIs
YOU are responsible for:
• Compliance with third-party terms of service
• API costs (if any) charged by those services
• Data policies of integrated platforms
WE are responsible for:
• Secure storage of your OAuth tokens
• Proper implementation of API standards
• Transparent disclosure of what data is sent where
You may NOT use Genesis for:
• Illegal activities (fraud, hacking, spam)
• Violating third-party rights (copyright infringement, data theft)
• Creating malware or harmful software
• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
We reserve the right to revoke licenses for prohibited use.
Local-First: Your data stays on your machine
No Backdoors: We cannot access your data remotely
Encryption: All sensitive data encrypted at rest and in transit
Your Control: You decide what to share with third-party services

You may stop using Genesis anytime. Your license remains valid.
We may revoke your license if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Use Genesis for illegal activities
• Abuse support or commit fraud
Upon termination: Software stops working. You may request a refund if within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time
Material changes will be notified via email or in-app
Continued use after changes means acceptance
If you disagree with new terms, stop using Genesis and request a refund
